Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.

For Domestic Buyers

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.

Orders are shipped within 3-5 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.

CHRONOVEX INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.

Shipping, delivery, and installation — what to expect

This section supplements the policy above with practical detail that B2B buyers, freight teams, and project consultants typically ask about before placing an order. The aim is to make ETAs, packaging, and risk-of-loss handling predictable so that project timelines can be planned with confidence.

Delivery timelines (indicative)

  • Metro and Tier-1 cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad) — typically 3-5 working days from dispatch.
  • Tier-2 cities and state capitals — typically 5-7 working days from dispatch through registered logistics partners.
  • Tier-3 cities, hill stations, and remote pincodes — 7-12 working days depending on the carrier's last-mile coverage. For high-altitude or restricted-access locations we confirm feasibility before invoicing.
  • Project / bulk dispatch — full-truck-load (FTL) and part-truck-load (PTL) dispatch is offered for orders above stated MOQ; transit time depends on origin-destination corridor and is confirmed at the time of PO.

Packaging and in-transit protection

Air curtains are shipped in double-walled corrugated cartons with high-density foam blocking at the motor ends. Industrial-grade and stainless-body units are additionally wrapped in stretch film and supplied with edge-protectors. PVC strip rolls ship on protective cardboard cores. For project orders with multiple SKUs, we provide a consolidated packing list with carton-wise content and serial numbers to support goods-inward checks at the receiving site.

Risk of loss and damage in transit

Under the policy above, once a consignment has been handed to the courier or transporter and a Lorry Receipt / AWB has been generated, the risk of in-transit loss passes to the buyer. For high-value bulk orders we strongly recommend opting for transit insurance which we can arrange on a cost-plus basis at the time of dispatch. Any visible damage at the time of receipt must be noted on the LR / POD and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the carton and contents, for us to process a claim with the carrier.

Installation scheduling

Where installation is part of the scope, our project team coordinates a site visit window after the consignment has been received and unpacked. Customers are requested to arrange unobstructed access, working power at the door, scaffolding for openings above 3 metres, and a designated site contact. Standard installations are completed within one working day per door for most product variants; complex installations involving sensors, BMS integration, or non-standard mounting are scoped separately.

Documentation supplied with shipment

Every shipment includes the GST tax invoice, a printed packing list, the product user-and-warranty manual, and where applicable a test certificate. Tenders and government supplies include the inspection report, country-of-origin declaration, and any additional certificates listed in the PO.

Indicative timelines are based on historical averages and may vary with carrier availability, weather, and force majeure. We share revised ETAs proactively when material delays are anticipated. Last reviewed: May 2026.
